Alyssa Chan
Alyssa Chan
Director
A Grade 12 student in Little Flower Academy, Alyssa is honoured to serve as Director for the World Health Organization for the first iteration of NVMUN. If you had told her two years ago that she would enjoy fast-paced public speaking and debate in the form of MUN, she would have simply laughed. Now, she can safely say that she has come to love the deep discussions on topics concerning the world. Outside of MUN, Alyssa can be found with headphones on and surrounded by her endless piles of books, taking enough photos to make her phone's storage burst, or meticulously assembling intricate miniature Rolife building sets. Alyssa is eagerly awaiting the weekend of debate and hopes that all delegates will have an unforgettable experience at NVMUN 2025.

Ethan Leung
Chair
As a sophomore at Vancouver College, Ethan is delighted to serve as the Chair for the World Health Organization. Ever since stuttering during his first MUN speech two years ago, Ethan has quickly developed a fervour for Model UN, particularly enjoying the competitive aspects of it. Over many conferences, MUN has fostered many great memories for Ethan, from playing hide and seek at 4 a.m. to eating at Chipotle at every conference. He hopes to provide delegates with the same great experiences he had. Outside of the committee room, Ethan can be seen playing the piano, clarinet, and alto saxophone, hanging out with his friends, or mindlessly scrolling on his phone. Ethan wishes all delegates a fun weekend of passionate debate at NVMUN 2025!

Anderson Loo
Vice-Chair
As a Grade 11 student at Vancouver College, Anderson is beyond excited to serve as the Vice Chair of WHO at NVMUN 2025. Ever since his first time nervously stepping into committee, unsure whether to raise his placard or cry in a corner, Anderson has grown into someone who thrives in the fast-paced, caffeine-fueled world of MUN. From chaotic midnight crises to impromptu kidnappings, he’s come to love every second of it. Outside the committee room, Anderson is an enthusiastic soccer player, a massive fatass, and a frequent girl in red listener. If you are looking for the best (worst) music you’ve ever heard, Anderson has many song recs ready. Anderson hopes that NVMUN 2025 will be as inspiring and unforgettable for you as MUN has been for him. Wishing all delegates the best of luck, and get ready for a conference full of diplomacy, debate, and many long-lasting friendships.
